CANCEL & RETURN POLICY

.As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. We would only exchange size on evaluation of appropriate reasons i.e. on priority else once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement only and customer liable to pay any additional amount higher value for product change, no refunds in case of lesser value no credit memo would be issued.

If  you would like to have a size exchange for the product you have ordered or if the product is damaged, please inform us within 3 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at meenakshiclothing@gmail.com with order number, full name, address and size change required/ images of the damaged product and our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of exchanging the product. We request you to please assist them if they ask you for further information or photographs to access your return request. Once you have mailed us, please ship out the pieces to the following address:

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. We will take care of the shipping, when the corrected product is delivered to you.

Meenakshi Clothing reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used. All products to be returned must be notified to meenakshiclothing@gmail.com within 3 Days of receipt of your order or despatched within 3 working days of the receipt of the order. We would require you to deliver all the original documents with the product.
